    Setup fee:
    If primers are not available or optimization is required, a one-time
    setup fee of $50 is applied per mouse line.  This fee covers primer
    synthesis.
    Users may avoid this fee by purchasing primers themselves and then
    including them, in their original lyophilized form, with the first batch of
    samples.
